Hi, I am Fraser, a licensed conveyancer based in the north of England! I work as a consultant conveyancer and can handle all types of residential property transactions. Personal Service
Having worked in conveyancing for over 13 years I believe my biggest asset is the personal attention I provide to my clients. I am unique in that I offer a dedicated, one-on-one service tailored to your needs. You will only deal with me throughout your matter so I can ensure you are provided with the highest level of care. I can act on a transaction anywhere in England and Wales but have particular local expertise in Ilkley (and surrounding area), Yorkshire Dales, North Yorkshire Moors and The Lake District. I welcome clients both old and new.
Meeting Client Deadlines
The required timescale for every property transaction is different. One of my key objectives is to meet any deadlines you may have and I pride myself on my efficient and proactive approach. My aim is for you to feel assured throughout the course of your transaction. From our initial introduction to completion I assure you that clear communication and advice will be received without the "legal waffle". You can trust me to handle your property transaction with professionalism and dedication.
A little more about me
I am a Newcastle United fan and have had a season ticket for over 25 years. Sometimes work can be a welcome distraction from their latest result! A lot of my spare time is spent in the Lake District and I am currently completing the Wainwrights. I am on the volunteer committee for the annual Whitby Regatta event and I am also a qualified football referee.
Family time is very precious and I am blessed to have a wonderful wife and a very energetic young daughter. We also have two dogs and a cat so it's a busy household!
